The Pilates Studio NEW CLASSES


Exclusive One on One Training 

Our certified instructors will tailor your sessions based upon your individual goals, needs and abilities ensuring a safe and effective workout. 
The studio recommends a minimal of 2 or 3 private sessions before joining group classes. 

Small Group Workouts  

Bring a partner or a group of up to 5 friends. 
We will provide a customize workout for you and your group that is fun and fits your needs. 

Pilates fusion 

These mat classes will include a full body workout which will provide core strength, flexibility, and balance moving toward better body awareness and better efficient movement. 
These classes will incorporate small props, barre, and more.
