The Pilates Studio
is a fully equipped studio in which we offer a variety of classes by professional instructors in a warm and friendly environment, currently situated in two locations down in Bangkok CBD on Phloenchit road, and in Nichada Thani. Since its establishment in 2005, the studio introduces the utmoststandards in Pilates classes: mat, apparatus, Garuda, Fit Ball, Pre & Post Natal, Physical Therapy, Cardio and Aerobic Dance to name a few as well as many interesting workshops which are offered on a monthly basis. We also offer Pilates certification courses by PMI in NYC, Garuda Certificaiton Courses, Pre and Post Natal and Mommy & Me to name a few.

In order to make sure that each client is getting the individual attention that he/she needs, all classes are performed in small groups:
- Mat classes are limited to 10-15 people only
- Pilates apparatus are limited to 5 people only.
